ScoreCue Payment & Refund Policy
This is a translation provided for convenience. The Korean version is the authoritative text; if the two differ, the Korean version prevails.
1. Products
| Product | Type | What it unlocks |
|---|---|---|
| Pro Lifetime | One-time purchase (no expiry) | Unlimited tempo sync, A-B loop, annotated PDF export, unlimited ensemble time, creating and running a band — permanently, with no time limit |
| Pro Yearly | Auto-renewing annual subscription (2-week free trial) | The same scope, for as long as the subscription is active |
- Prices are those shown on the App’s purchase screen and in each store. Displayed amounts may differ by country under each store’s pricing policy.
- Free users may create any number of sessions, but hosts and participants share the same continuous 30-minute window beginning with their first session start each day. Leaving does not pause it.
- One signed-in account can occupy only one seat in the same session.
- Both products unlock the same features. What you choose is not a feature set but a payment method — pay each year, or pay once. Unlimited ensemble time and running a band are included in the Lifetime product with no time limit.
- The Yearly subscription includes a 2-week free trial. The trial is offered once per store account and bills automatically when it ends. Cancel at least 24 hours before it ends and you are not charged.
- A discounted first billing period may be offered for a limited time. Any such discount applies to the first period only and renewals are charged at the regular price. Whether it applies, and the amount, are shown on the purchase screen.
- Buying the Lifetime product while a Yearly subscription is active does not cancel that subscription, because the stores do not support moving from a subscription to a one-time purchase. The App asks right after the purchase whether to turn off auto-renewal; if you choose to, Android turns the renewal off for you and iOS takes you to the store’s subscription screen. If you do not turn it off, the subscription keeps renewing, so please check. The remaining subscription period stays usable.
- What is free: viewing scores, annotating, the metronome, and creating and saving timings remain usable without signing in, and tempo sync playback is free for 3 pieces. Ensemble use is free for a continuous 30 minutes from the first session start each day, whether hosting or joining; signed-in free users may create any number of sessions.
- Paid entitlements are granted to your account. There is no device limit, and a purchase on either Android or iOS unlocks the App on the other for the same signed-in account.
2. Who Processes Payments
All payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. The Developer does not collect or store payment credentials such as card numbers, and cancellations and refunds are handled solely through each store’s system. The Developer therefore cannot cancel a charge or issue a refund directly. The Developer will assist by confirming the circumstances and guiding you through the store’s process.
3. Cancelling a Subscription
Cancelling stops billing from the next renewal date; you keep access until the period you already paid for ends. To prevent a renewal charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date (a policy common to both stores).
- Android: Play Store app → profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions, or play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
- iOS / iPadOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
Even after cancellation, your score list, annotations, timing data, and band data are not deleted. Some features lock, but the work you created remains, and purchasing again unlocks all of it immediately.
4. Requesting a Refund
- Android (Google Play): follow the Google Play refund guidance.
- iOS / iPadOS (Apple): request at reportaproblem.apple.com by selecting the purchase.
Whether a refund is granted, and how long it takes, is determined by each store’s terms of sale and by applicable law. Rights such as withdrawal of subscription under the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce may be exercised under the terms of the store acting as seller, and this policy does not limit any rights guaranteed to you by law.
5. If You Paid but the Feature Did Not Unlock
Entitlements travel from the store to RevenueCat to the App, so in rare cases they arrive late. Please check in this order.
- Confirm you are signed in — paid features require sign-in. Make sure it is the same account you purchased with.
- Restore purchases — run “Restore purchases” in the App’s settings screen. This is also how you recover entitlements after changing devices or reinstalling.
- Check your network connection and restart the App.
- If it still does not unlock, email support@astracraft.kr with the store you purchased in, the product name, the date and time of payment, and the email address you signed in with. We will verify and either apply the entitlement manually or guide you through the store’s refund process.
6. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you were charged twice for the same product, or an unintended charge occurred because of a defect in the App, contact us at the address above. We will verify the facts and support your refund request with the relevant store.
7. Price Changes
As a rule, price changes apply only to new purchases. If the renewal price of an existing subscription increases, notice is given before renewal and your consent is obtained in accordance with store policy. A completed Lifetime purchase is not affected by any later price change.
